1. Introduction and Your Agreement to These Terms

Welcome to the Blisstech Solutions platform, including the customer-facing mobile application and the service professional application (collectively, the "Platform"). This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Blisstech Solutions Private Limited ("Blisstech," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Definitions of User Roles

• Service Customers: Individuals who use the Platform to request and book services.
• Service Professionals: Individuals or entities who use the Platform to offer and provide services to Service Customers as independent contractors.

3. The Role of Blisstech Solutions

Blisstech operates as a technology platform to facilitate the connection between Service Customers and Service Professionals. We do not provide the services ourselves. We are not an employer of, and do not act as an agent for, any Service Professional. We do not control, manage, or supervise the Service Professionals or their work. You acknowledge that Service Professionals are independent contractors and are solely responsible for the quality, legality, and safety of the services they provide.

4. Account Registration and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your password secure.
• Service Professional registration is subject to verification, identity checks, and approval by Blisstech or its authorized partners.

5. Service Bookings, Payments, and Financial Terms

For Service Customers:

• All bookings made through the Platform are legally binding.
• Payments and taxes are processed via secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We are not liable for payment errors.
• Cancellation Policy details are provided during booking and may include applicable fees.

For Service Professionals:

• You agree to pay Blisstech a commission or service fee for each completed booking, as stated in your Partner Agreement.
• Payouts, less applicable fees, will be sent to your registered bank account. You are responsible for taxes on your earnings.

6. User-Generated Content and Communication

The Platform allows user-generated content, including ratings, reviews, and profile information ("User Content"). You grant Blisstech a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content to operate and promote the Platform.

You agree not to post illegal, harassing, or infringing content. We may remove any User Content at our discretion.

Car images and video data uploaded to the Platform are securely stored and retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Posting fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate information.
• Attempting to bypass the Platform’s booking or payment systems to transact directly with users.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Interfering with the operation of the Platform using bots, malware, or similar methods.
• Infringing intellectual property rights of Blisstech or others.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: The Platform and services are provided "as is" and "as available." Blisstech makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding suitability, quality, or availability. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blisstech and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform or services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blisstech, its affiliates, and officers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform, violations of this Agreement, or disputes with other users.

10. Termination of Account

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without cause, if we believe you’ve violated this Agreement or to protect the Platform’s integrity. Upon termination, your access ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of New Delhi, India. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Delhi.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We may modify this Agreement at any time and will notify users by posting updates on the Platform. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
