For Service Customers:

For Service Professionals:

• Verification info (PAN, Aadhaar, registration, and bank details).
• Background check data via trusted third-party partners.
• Service expertise, portfolio, and credentials.

Audio, Video, and Image Data:

• To verify service delivery and ensure quality, our app may capture, transmit, or store audio, video, and image data. For example, a Professional may take a photo or record a short video to show you the "before and after" results of a completed service.
• How We Use This Data: This information is used solely to facilitate communication between you and the Professional, verify that the service was completed as expected, and improve the quality of our services.
• Your Consent: We will always ask for your permission before any audio, video, or image capture begins. You have the right to deny or revoke this permission at any time through your device settings. Please note that denying this permission may limit your ability to use certain app features, such as receiving visual verification of a service.
• Data Security and Storage: All captured audio, video, and image data is securely processed and stored. We only keep this data for as long as it’s necessary to fulfill its purpose or comply with legal obligations.

b. Information We Collect Automatically

• Location Data: We collect your location when using the App for matching customers and professionals.
• Usage Data: Pages viewed, bookings made, and time spent on the App.
• Device Data: Device model, OS version, and mobile network info.
• Cookies: We use cookies and similar tools to enhance your experience and analyze usage patterns.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, personalize, and improve our Services.
• Match customers with professionals efficiently.

• Facilitate and monitor in-app video or audio interactions between Customers and Professionals.
• Verify service quality and resolve disputes through limited, secure review of audio/video session data (when applicable).
• Comply with Indian legal and regulatory obligations.

• With the other party involved in a service (Customer ↔ Professional).
• With trusted third-party service providers for cloud, analytics, payments, and verification.
• With legal authorities when required by law.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Access, update, or delete your data anytime via your profile.
• Disable location tracking (may affect functionality).
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime.
• Request complete data deletion by contacting us at support@blisstechsolutions.in.

Data Deletion Request: We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and delete your data within 7 business days.
