transmit, or store audio, video, and image data. For example, a
Professional may take a photo or record a short video to show you the
"before and after" results of a completed service.

to facilitate communication between you and the Professional, verify
that the service was completed as expected, and improve the quality of
our services.

Your Consent: We will always ask for your permission
before any audio, video, or image capture begins. You have the right
to deny or revoke this permission at any time through your device
settings. Please note that denying this permission may limit your
ability to use certain app features, such as receiving visual
verification of a service.

and image data is securely processed and stored. We only keep this
data for as long as it’s necessary to fulfill its purpose or comply

Data Deletion Request: We will acknowledge your request
within 2 business days and delete your data within 7 business days.
